In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered against Jesse Dean Lair of Jefferson on a charge of public intoxication. He was sentenced to time served and a judgment was entered for a $48 sheriff’s fee and $60 court costs.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court during the week ending Nov. 6 as follows: Kera E. Tesdahl of Boone, possession of drug paraphernalia; Evan Royce Pettit of Jefferson, trespass; and Coleman Keith Marlow Jr of Grand Junction, domestic abuse assault-first offense.
Persons paid fines for scheduled traffic violations during the week ending Nov. 6 as follows: Bille Gaye Kucharo of Des Moines, open container of alcohol in vehicle, driver, $200; Kay Susan Skalla of Scranton, *Donna Rose Blair of Paton and Thomas Gordon Shearman of Jefferson, all failure to maintain control, $100; and Shon Renae Blake of Jefferson, registration violation, $20.
